Oxbow Offices

• The Oxbow Offices saw the opportunity to work again with the Oxbow Development Group – formerly the Pearl Brewery development team – as well as our long-time friends at Joel Mozersky Design. While modern is Baldridge’s default mode, Oxbow asked us to partner in imagining a space that spoke to them and their history at the Pearl Brewery first and Baldridge second.

  The last several years have seen us working to challenge assumptions about what we do. Oxbow sits squarely within that narrative. We love the results.
