Isidore

• Located in the newly opened Pullman Market at the Pearl Brewery Campus in San Antonio. Isidore is the realization of Pullman’s core promise: presenting the bounty of the borderland’s independent ranchers and farmers in its most refined form. The architecture is likewise a refined of the echo of the shell, highlighting its exposed exterior walls and concrete structure with a refined, folded ceiling plane that deferentially approaches but never touches the shell.
