A house and guest house overlooking Ladybird Johnson Town Lake in Austin, Texas. The project was scheduled for a singular piece of property with a singular view of the city.
For a number of reasons our clients ultimately elected instead to renovate the existing structure on the property and postpone their dream house until later.
