This was to be a 65 room hotel and restaurant on East Cesar Chavez (Austin, Texas) commissioned by a husband and wife hotelier team. Ultimately, after a year of negotiations with the neighborhood planning team, opposition in the area convinced our clients to withdraw their project and focus instead on another piece property.
We are working through that design presently and hope to have something to show you soon.
