Although we were initially best known for our residences, Baldridge Architects now splits its time between residential and commercial projects, with concentrations in hospitality, restaurant, spa, office fitout and education based projects.
We approach these projects with a rigor that is often missing in the current commercial architecture landscape. Interesting surfaces and textures can be a critical component of a successful project, but they are no substitute for deliberation and care. We strive to deliver operational and experiential benefits to our clients through the architecture itself so that these additional elements can augment the design and flow rather than act merely as distractions from a poorly conceived space or a tight budget.
Baldridge Architects wants to make this process easy. To that end, we are problem solvers and are familiar with the ins and outs of Austin’s Byzantine permitting process.
