Bond’s Renovation

In connection with Baldridge Architects’ move to 1010 West Lynn St., we assisted Bond’s Television in re-envisioning their building and trade dress and aided them in their plans to subdivide their space so that they could lease the northern half of their existing building to Austin Bikes. We sought to produce a scheme that might, in an economical fashion, honor the eastern half of their iconic building, while giving both Bond’s and Austin Bikes a crisper look more firmly rooted in the Clarksville of today. For various reasons, the Bonds ultimately elected to implement the space planning and subdivision scheme (along with vestiges of  the storefront design), but felt that the low profile of the updated look was too understated for their current goals.
